Black Ice – The Memoirs of Corie Mapp: Soldier, Double Amputee and World Champion
The extraordinary story of a boy from Barbados who left school without qualifications, joined the Household Cavalry, was the first black Barbadian to ride on Trooping the Colour, lost both his legs in an IED incident in Afghanistan and went on to become an international standard para-athlete in the sports of cricket, volleyball and bobsleigh.
In the latter sport, he has won both the World Cup and the World Championship.
